How they fukk up your bill?
It doesn't matter, I'm 100% out of contract as of today.
My account used to pay bills got overdrafted due to an error at the bank (got the overdraft fees and everything back from the bank) and it caused an insufficient payment and DTV put my account on probation. This blocks all online payments. Then they just lost a payment that my girl made over the phone.
In addition to all of that, the bill has continuously went up bit by bit. Called in to cancel and the dude gave me some credits. The next month, all of the credits didn't show up. Called in and they said he misquoted me and the price that he gave wasn't right.
All in all, I'm fed up. I don't watch enough TV to go thru the hassle. I'm about to pay this last bill and dip. As long as I have the 3 or 4 channels I watch, I'm cool.
