that's still pretty much their claim to fame but i've had their self titled disc in rotation lately. :sadbron: that i missed them at house of blues but i'm sure they'll be around again.

Decent band. Thought they could've been much bigger, imho. May have something to do with max's mental issues earlier. Newer stuff lacks some of the edge of IARB. I love "The Writhing South" and "Admit It"

i feel like they will never live down that album, tho. it's awesome but 'in defense of...' is amazing imho. they actually reached out to so many other artists that it's like a 'chronic 2001' of emo/indie music. the first 'chronic' being blink's self titled album. but that's totally arguable...just the first thing that came to mind as far as analogy is concerned. i haven't been on absolutepunk lately but they had a great podcast with maxim (the p.o.s. one was awesome, too.).

Say Anything as in Punk Goes Crunk's cover of I Got Your Money Say Anything? If so, :ohlawd:
I thought y'all didn't like that type of music.

that shyt is ill! i love the 'N-WORD!' edits. it's a great cover overall. say anything is and has been my favorite band for a long time. it was the matches (before the split, if you've heard of them, :whoo:!) with the motion city soundtrack band as following right behind.

sidenote: ur totally my favorite poster right now. if we do awards you got my vote.

academy is? :skip: i used to fluck with them. ciwwaf's first album is a pop punk underground classic :ohlawd:. don't know if anyone messes with motionless in white but i'm from PA and saw them b4 they were half-famous.

i also almost got arrested at a whole wheat bread show because between me and the band there were only 4 black people within a 40 mile radius and Skeet decided to steal something. cops looking @ me like "it was one of you nikkas!". to make up for it i got into the show for free. which was great because i didn't have 8 dollars.

commit this to memory. hands down. but my dinosaur life is great and shows how well they progressed as a band. man...the matches are amazing! i had a band and i followed them around the country just tryna find an in and get experience. they are such nice guys. they got me into every single show for free and even jammed with us a couple of times. on this tour i also met a legendary man named ronnie radke.

now if you know of ronnie radke...we have ourselves a thread.

That's the dude who supposedly killed someone, no? I don't remember the band he was in though. Read that he was a wild boy.
