I just ordered one of these circadian lamps to try and balance my circadian rhythm. Mine will arrive tomorrow, has any one used one before with good or bad results

Can’t vouch for these lights but I can vouch for the night light setting in Windows.

Less blue light at night helps me go to sleep.

My eyes aren’t tired all the time. So this should help you too.

Started a week ago, 30 minutes first thing in the morning. Maybe placebo but I feel two things:
1. Better / more level mood
2. Awake / sharper sooner
So can you wake up,turn it on and sleep for a few more minutes are should you be awake while using it?

Instructions / studies say your eyes need to be open with light 12-24 inches away at 45 degree angle. I usually wake up, get coffee ready and sit for 30 minutes. Something about the light picked up on the retina seems to be what triggers neurochemical changes.
