anybody else sweat a lot in their sleep?

I got my ac blowing and my crib cold as hell but I still wake up sweaty. It would happen in the winter to but not as often as now.

I have to have it freezing while I sleep, but I dont wake up sweating if its cold in the house. The room being cold then cuddling up is the best. Too bad I cant do that now

Yuop. I counteract this by sleeping nakey, with a fan directly on me turned up to da max

In the winter time, I sleep with my bedroom window open to let dat breeze in. It's hell waking up in the morning to a cold a$$ room, but :shrug2:
