I have their first touch mp3 player. It was a great device if you care about build quality and sound. The problem is less and less people are using mp3 players for music, more and more people are using their phones.

....and that's all I'm concerned about. I have a Sony mp3 that I've owned for 4 years and the sound quality is excellent, the build is strong and it could last a long time yet. It was well worth the money.

They may not be as popular as iPods but their sound quality is a lot better. Of course if someone wants the (mostly needless) bells and whistles and just want what is popular then iPods are the way to go.
