I am actively beginning the pledging process for a graduate chapter and just wanted some tips from my brehs.

Anything you wish you knew when you started? Also how has pledging improved your life?

I am memorizing the founders and the Poems now, Invictus is my favorite so far.

I started to pledge Omega grad chapter but I moved to a new city after the first week.
