Only thing I take is a vitamin b12 supplement, would normally be on our fruits and veggies but we clean them shyts too much - meat/fish eaters don't tend to need it.
There's a vegan branch that claims it's not necessary but I'll play it safe, that Vegan Gains breh was on that "no supps" train and it nearly drove him off a cliff. He's b12ing through injections now because of his deficit.
