any tips on getting my biceps juicier?

everything else on me looks good but my biceps have always been my weakest link and slowest grower.

ive been doing barbell curls at 70-90 lbs....and hammer dumb bell curls 45 lb each hand thats about it. i know these arnt the best numbers but i focus on form and am not trying to be the biggest guy at the gym.

should i drop the barbell curls to 50 lbs and just go with complete perfect form and hi reps or what? im sticking with the hammer curls the outside of my bicep is getting work from them but my overall bicep could be bigger im stuck

Kai Greene is the truth, I've dropped the amount of weight I've been using and try to move it like he said, and you end up really feeling it.

Bodybuilders try to hit 12-15 reps, keep that in mind for arms.

yeah im gonna drop my weight. i also am gonna stretch lower with the barbell and give it more of a "pop" like he said in that clip. i havent been doing a clench at the peak of my barbell lift and i think that will help me out ive been just going with the motions im gonna slow it down even more and get that form right. i thought i had it good before but hearing his advice i could be better

On your last couple sets, cheat to get the weight up however you can, then bring the weight down as slow as possible. That will have u feeling extremely pumped
