Yeah, but I'm about to pull the trigger on Ableton though.I'm actually trying out a few daws and it came down to Live or S1.

I program most of my drums with Akai Studio but everything else is in Reason 10. or Studio One 3.0

I use reason. Hell I still prefer 5 to anything. Love the sound quality you get out of it

Any opinions on the Beat Map tool? Idk how effective it will be for Hip-Hop, but it looks like if you're creative enough, it will add to the arsenal.
The hats are dope for BeatMap, I don’t like anything else in it.

Rack as a vst is pretty powerful.
I don't use any other DAWs. I'm on a budget, and do beats for fun. Reason is nice and easy, too. If they never started appcepting VSTs, I probably would have moved on, but I can't stop now

Custom refills(patches-sounds) sold by nucleus soundlabs 80bucks for all 3 but its worth it... the sounds are amazing. Compatible with reason 5-11
