Just discovered this channel. I know some won’t care for his white girl but it’s a solid channel. Almost 150K subs.

I subscribed to his channel during the summer. Dude is real down to earth, so is his girl. He just posted a video today about some fight that they had. Apparently she was his trainer and helped him a lot with his transformation. His kids seem to get along well with her too.

I doubt it cause if he's gonna juice then he should get surgery to get rid of all the extra skin.

Look at his shoulders at around 4:30 when he's doing curls. that's a pretty tell tale sign from my experience. Regardless though props to him, he's an adult and he can take responsibility for his actions

Our bodies are amazing we forget sometimes, his body is scrambling to locate older or unnecessary proteins to break down for fuel.

Our skin is made up of proteins (collagen, keratin etc...,) so unneeded skin is a good source to "consume!"

You should watch some of Obese to Beast's videos and see how much loose skin he still has several years later. It doesn't all go away in fact the bigger you were the more of it remains.

You're not surprised, are you? She was his trainer, got him right and helped him lose weight, get contest ready. I didn't know they had gotten married until I saw it on IG; he had been talking marriage for awhile, but this was going on even when I first got hip to his channel about a year ago.
