Charging port dead.... not letting go 
Any of yall open up a Note 5 for repairs?

For our work phone we got Note5s right before the Note7 came out and they just took our 5s and upgraded them last month. My battery was toast couldn't even make it half a day without needing a recharge. Unless you do your own soldering I'd just move on to a Note8 or 9. A Note5 is a 3 year old phone. Getting that long out of a phone is good.Charging port dead.... not letting go
I just bought it new last summer 
Gonna see if any of the local repair shops will do it. Someone should be able to solder or have the vacuum shyt to open it up

It honestly might be cheaper to just buy a used one for now. I have a 5 but never opened it up before.I just bought it new last summer
