I've never even visited their site or app, but I hear them mentioned on the millennial money podcast, and have been thinking about diversifying with them.

Anyone have any bad experiences with them so far?

I have for about 3 years. I have nothing bad to say about them - they held up well when the pandemic first hit. Safe money easy way to diversify

Yeah, I believe it’s 1% but I had great returns last year. Think I was up 23% but it’s house money so take it for what it is. Most my investments are tied in physical real estate and the stock market.

Some cats have gone all in but I don’t like how illiquid eREITs are so I just put a couple hundred in a month.
