Yes.

It's the first game I tried to return at Gamestop and they literally laughed at me

I played the terrible demo to so it wasn't like I wasn't forewarned about the fukkery I was about to endure

I played it when I was in middle school, the game isn't good thing and isn't good now, but looking at the recent retrospectives I feel for the devs because if this game wasn't pushed as a 15th anniversary game, devs wasn't taking out of development to work on other Sega titles and was delayed when the Q&A team told them about the amount of issues plaguing the game it would have faired better. But, that's how what if goes.

I had it in late 2008 and it was so bad i didnt finish it.

bad/inconsistent controls are the root of the issue. it made the game such a chore to play
