Any of y'all ever gotten an email from your internet provider about dl'ing movies?

I got one the other day after getting a few movies, my dumb ass forgot to to hop on my VPN. It basically says "We see what you did, don't do it again". I also got one last year, I just cool it for a few months and do it again. I am wondering, because I still want to use my Amazon Fire to stream movies, how do I set up a VPN for the Firestick? I am practically incompetent when it comes to technology, so if anybody has any links to how to do it, step by step, I will rep you*.
