You don't have to tell me your YouTube or IG or anything like that. I need advice on getting a camera. I've been slacking on this

I don't mind dropping a few grand on a camera, but I need suggestions. How are the Sony A7IIIs, or the new Panasonic Lumix lines? I want to interview family members so we can have these stories in the family and I want to do it Netflix style.

I think this is a good project and I don't mind dropping money on it. I got lighting and sound covered but I don't want to use my phone. It's okay for some talking head and overhead shot stuff I do but for not this project.
