same here. I use them in my green smoothies. about a tablespoon and a half (don't really measure it), and it helps me stay full. some people use it in cereal or make a pudding out of it, but I ain't brave like that. :laugh:

Let it sit in water for about 10-15 mins it becomes a kinda fiber gel than drink it like a shot

I put some in my watery oatmeal quite often, now my stomach is bloated like a mawfukka. I get full off light meals too. I need to get this shyt flushed outta me, pronto.
