In the process of selling my current home and buying at the same time. It hurts knowing I have to get rid of my 3.5% rate now to somthing that will be double but it is what it is. Do any of you folks know a site that allows morgage rate shopping with different lenders without all the spam and BS ads. Right now I'm applying 1 lender at a time to see who gives the best deal. I'm seeing a few some 10k credit towards closing also.
