20 years later still together happily thank God.

This is also a good idea.....if you have assets trusts and prenups compliment each other

Read the state laws, talk to a family court attorney, spend the money on a great one.

Do a thorough documenting, real estate, cash, securities, 401k, equity in business....be forward looking....these things can all appreciate significantly in value
