a few years ago i was flicking through netflix and discovered these films. the first creep movie was done kinda on the cheap about a creepy cac stalker-ish guy who makes a 'friend' over the internet and invites him over to record a movie for his soon to be born son, since the "creep" character has cancer and is going to die soon. but theres a twist.. the "creep" dude isnt who he says he is... i wont spoil it for anyone, but i will say it was very well done for its budget. that movie made my skin CRAWL.
they made a sequel as well, starring a woman who befriends "creep" and she actually out-creeps him. pretty solid sequel.
a third film is in production, but i havent read any updates in a while. seems like the creator got busy.
anybody here seen these movies? what did you think? if youre into low-budget horror/thrillers i recommend them highly. the first one is the best, IMO. the second film didnt quite capture the magic of the first, but both films are DISTURBING.
