Any help downgrading from OS6 update?

Long story short, I got an old Iphone 3gs that I use just for tunes in the whip. I was attempting to add some new music and thought it would be a good idea to update to ios6

Can't get past the activation screen now

Blowing my shyt. I might have to just cop a ipod or some shyt. Can I downgrade this shyt?
