i could use a few, realizin that i never do that shyt. all i rly know is that one where u roll the weight on the bench

Grab the weight and turn it sideways back n forth (not curling). Deadlifts should be helping you already

farmers walk :noah: grab the heaviest weights you can and walk around the gym for as long as possible

As for the farmer's walk, it is good to do.
One thing I learned was to create a path you always walk. For example, one wall of the gym to the other. Then, your goal is to walk that path as often as you can with the dumbbells. The other goal is to get the heaviest weight you can and walk the path. Put the weights down when you run out of energy. Stop and rest. When you regain strength, pick them up and walk some more. Your goal in this case is to complete walking the path once over and back instead of walking the path as often as possible.

A bar with a rope and a weight on the end and just roll it up and roll it back down
