Any gamers here ever got carpel tunnel syndrome?

The combination of gaming, typing and jerking off has basically ethered my wrist.


Can't even play Mario Galaxy anymore without my wrist going into pain mode

That's not full blown Carpel Tunnel Syndrome (yet). More likely a Repetitive Stress Injury.

Take breaks and try to stretch your hands.

one or more of ur fingers gets swollen (that eventually goes away tho)and ur wrist becomes basically weak as fuk and is in pain when the least amount of pressure is applied to it. Certain hand movements trigger the pain also. And u can forget about lifting heavy objects. Picked my 3 yr old niece up the other day and almost immediately dropped her on the floor

Breh I had to stop playing, do stretching exercises with my hands, sometimes a hot towel wrapped around my hand
