I thought it would be dope to learn some moves. Where can a brother learn some capoeira? Who taught you Capoiera? I wanna learn black martial excellence.

if you live in nyc there's a few spots I seen them practicing at riverside park by 145th... school should be not to far.

I currently do capoeira angola. It's increased my upper body and leg strength by a great deal. However, very few moves would protect you in a fight though.
