So ill be 36 in March... ive recently been intermittently fasting and came down from 209 to 193, mainly cardio, light weight workouts with alot of reps and adapted an pescatatian (sp) diet. but im looking for something to restore the feeling, get those hard to burn fat places, i know them test boosters are a waste of bread.... and ive read up on DHEA pros and cons...any one ever take it?? My main concern is anything that is a stimulant, im staying clear of those, i damn near died in a LA Fitness bathroom having a semi heart attack from a pre-workout drink...thanks
