Any brand of ice packs you personally recommend?

As a new resident at Larry Holmes Gardens, I'm looking to get some things to have the transition go smoothly. I want some ice packs (it's just less messy than grabbing ice cubes from the freezer.). When I search online, I see the multi-star ratings, but then I also see the negative reviews on those same items are very "telling". Are there any particular brands that y'all have used and that you can trust?

I'm not even on my Larry Holmes. I use this

Also get some inexpensive water shoes ie body glove etc and workout in a pool. Find a class at a local cc full body workouts pay for that joker and go through the class.

Also get a massage often if u can swing the cost. I go to massage envy and I get one every other week.


Find some good CBD oil. I use traquil just Google Floyd Mayweather and cbd I heard him speak on it last yr. I jumped on it asap. It works

Get some resistance bands also. I use those instead of weights some days
