I need a new training split.....

I was doing this split that i saw here to tone up and burn body fat: Intermediate Boxing/MMA Workout | Muscle & Strength, but i kinda got bored.

I've been doing:

9 rounds on the heavy
9 rounds shadowboxing
core work: barbell landmines, barbell presses, flutter kicks, toe touches, crunches, situps, russian twists, kickouts
Pullups, dips, pushups
Morning sprints followed by a run
Jump rope

Any other boxing heads in here?

yeah i box amateur. i try and do the james toney regiment.

eat as much shyt as i can. spar. eat some more shyt. spar even more. win fights off talent cus fitness level is so low.

im mad anal with my diet now, i try not to eat out as much and stuff. I'm trying to tone up, and my trainer has us spar around 6 rounds after pad work.

forgot to add that i also drink a lot of alcohol on the weekends. got them good skinny gentics so i dont put weight on tho :smugfavre:

I try to add a lot of variety (mostly calisthenics), and as much cardio I can take. I also am just getting back to it, so my shyt's not as intensive as others. But here's a basic break down of what I do in the gym.

3 rounds heavy bag
3 rounds shadow boxing
jump rope
pull ups (under and over)
dips
various ab/oblique exercises
treadmill or sprints
leg work (raises, toe raises, squats)
push ups

4 rounds jumping rope (10 push ups) between rounds
4 rounds shadow box
6 rounds hitting the pad with the trainer
3 rounds hitting the punching bag

Soon as I'am done I add another 50 push ups

Then run for 30 minutes

Left some weights,sit-ups ,and another 40 push ups and call it a day.
