I was looking online and check out those inversion tables that were made to relieve back problems but hanging you upside down to stretch out your back and relieve your spinal. I noticed that a lot of people actually use them to do situps while hanging upside down. How we'll does this work? Seems like it would work pretty well...I'm thinking about copping one to stretch out my back and do upside down sit ups/crunches.
Side topic....for those that have elaborate workouts for their abs...I've been doing nothing but decline weighted crunches and the occasional leg lifts for abs...2 abb excersizes...and I get better results than all these elaborate abb excersizes a lot of people do to get a six pack. I wanna switch to this inversion table when I'm at home on off days from the gym though so I can maximize the rip.
