This Jamie Foxx thing and the Lance Riddikk thing hitting me different. It just makes me think about how I will handle my time and I get so anxious. Why is life so fragile.

Everyday we wake up from our beds is a reason to thank Almighty God and praise him

Never fear things you can't prevent because there is nothing you can do to change them.
Only focus on things you can change, or the effort you put into life.
That alone will alleviate much anxiety.
Why would I fear cancer if there is nothing I can do (smoking aside) to prevent my cells from going wild?
I can't control the actions of a crazy person...why fear the threat?
We're all gonna die. You can only influence when it occurs, within reason. But don't fear death other than making yourself ready for it's outcome ... whatever that means to you.

Not really. It doesnt help to be anxious over something you can't control. The Outcome is the same whether you are chill or a nervous wreck; so you might as well chill.
You only worry or fear things that you can actually change.
I'd be more concerned with the method of death than the physical state of being dead . For example, I'm not trying to die from stage 93 cancer or Alzheimer's or some sht like that. In such a scenario I would hasten my own death.

my friends 25 year old brother died on friday, him and his friend were driving back
then he started feeling a bit hot
he ask the driver to pull over and let him go for a lil walk
before the friend could pull over, he just leaned back into his seat, shut his eyes and was gone.
all within the course of 1 minute...
sh!t spooked me because he was a normal young man, did not look unhealthy or had any known condition.
