NIAGARA FALLS, NY-- Niagara Falls Police are still looking for the person who abandoned three dogs to die inside a filthy apartment.
One of the dogs found starving in the 12th Street home is seven-week-old puppy. On Wednesday, SPCA officials say that puppy took a turn for the worse, and is now in critical condition.
The SPCA of Niagara says it is still treating the two other dogs, but they are expected to be okay.
