Mankind doesn't have access to Heaven without permission. But mankind can open portals to the underworld more easily. By depending on his science and technology mankind is opening up access to the underworld and by doing that whatever is in there that can come out, will come out.

BUT.... I will say that this pretty much tracks with what I suspected the reporters have been told from their sources on this. There was recently a reporter named Michael Shellenberger who basically said he was told about the "alien bodies" but didn't include it in his story, but was wary about telling people other things he was apparently told
