Despite how they felt about Dixie, she made TBP the focal point of the women's division for a long time. A lot of these wrestling promoters are nice until "other people" start coming in. It's a tale as old as time, a company has a great environment and everyone is happy, then new faces emerge behind the scenes and it becomes a nightmare place to work.
Reminds me of this HR lady who thought she was a legit "boss" at my last job. She would go around acting like her ass smelled of Strawberry Passion. The front end would hate her ass along with about 99 percent of the store. I remember Dixie said some slick shyt in an interview about Angel's ass, back when that thing was bulbous. Something about having her cover that thing up, and then Angelina vanished and came back semi-skeletal. Wouldn't surprise me if there was some enmity there.

I remember when I used to work in retail and all these chicks were mad hyped that the new manager was a woman. WIthin a month they wanted her gone. Eventually, she got cool with the guys and just let the girls all work in the morning so she could hang out after they left. They used to call the District Manager on her like every other day.
From that point, I just know that having a woman boss ain't that difficult because eventually every other girl there is going to turn on her and she'll gravitate towards the people who just want to do their shyt and leave.
