Andy Sipowicz had to be one of the most visually unappealing characters in TV history

I know I'm not the only won who felt this way. Dude was grumpy as fukk, on some shyt and was just impossible to watch on NYPD Blue (which itself wasnt that great of a cop drama either). We talk about people who have punchable faces and Sipowicz was EASILY that type of person.

And real talk, I wonder how many other well known actors said no this role before the producers said "fukk it"

Yo! You took it back to my childhood with this. I remember them saying the show would require Parental Advisory but didn't think much about it. I did not watch this show but flippt channels I came across this exact scene. I even watched like two eps after this one and there was no nudity so I stopped.

Nypd blue was NOT a weak drama. Id easily call it the best pure cop show ever.

Well sides the fact they made sipowitz go thru 2 wifes, a son, and 2-3 partners. Dude couldnt get a W til the last ep
