Android folks I MIGHT MAKE THE SWITCH.. NEED ADVICE

My girl got the s4 and I like it.. Ive had an iPhone since the 3g and although I love the phone, Im getting kind of bored with it...

I have a few questions though before I make the jump..


1.) My buddy had the Galaxy s3 and when I went to go throw an album on his phone with my MacBook pro, it wasnt being recognized on the MacBook.. Thats a problem because I dont have a stand alone mp3 player, so Id be using whatever phone I have as one..


2.) Since I also use my iPhone as my mp3 player when at the gym/car/where ever, I need excellent battery life.. which I get from my 4s.. Will the Galaxy s4's battery hold up?

3.) How much can I get for my SPRINT white iPhone 4s 32gb.. Its damn near perfect except for a TINY TINY chip on the bottom left corner... Im seeing best buy trade ins for a just GOOD condition @ $190.. So what would be a good asking price on Craigslist

You have to download Android File Transfer to connect to your Mac. From there it'll work like any file explorer and you can copy your MP3s onto it.

And the battery will be fine playing them (not speaking for S4 experience, but I know my S3 does great on that front so S4 should do).

The S3 doesnt play Apple music files natively. You have to download a music app like Poweramp.

Apple music files, you mean music DL'ed from iTunes?

I never did that, just stuff from torrents..

Yeah AAC files.

If they're mp3 You should be good money. And do what homie said with Android File Transfer.

One other thing...

Do I have to worry about androids "crashing"

When my gf had her s3 & another phone she would have to take out the battery cuz the it would freeze up and crash..

Never had to deal with anything like that with my iphone

never had to take my battery out to get things working again once with this S3. and don't get raped fukkin with ebay or trade ins, find some sucker on Craigslist that will overpay. I sold my 16GB for $280 and this is after the 5 had been released.
