Ward seemed to be loving the Rigo fight last night, since it was a showcase of true skill (and Lampley kept slobbing on Floyd and Ward when comparing Rigo's skills).
I love watching guys like Rigo fight. Sure guys like Rios-Alvarado or Kirkland-Tapia provide great entertainment, but it is hilarious when the casual fan (typical ESPN comment poster) says that is real heart and how boxing should be. Boxing is about skills, now sometimes skills go out the window or the right matchup gives us something special, but people like Rigo, Ward, and Floyd show more skills in one fight than these glorified club fighters will in their entire career.
