Bruh ... All jokes aside...
I doubt it would be that cut and dry.
If shorty is diagnosed with some sort of mental or emotional disability...
You might have an issue if you fukk that bytch.
They definitely could claim you took advantage of her...
You're talking as if 20% of the American population hasn't been diagnosed with a psych issue or disability at some point in their lives. If that was enough for a rape case we would have tens of thousands of rape cases every day.
Instead of claiming shyt with no evidence, why don't you just give an example of the law that would apply. Or give examples of men who are in jail for raping women who happen to have a psych disorder but live independently with even close the mental aptitude of this woman.
And to your other point, that you address to the other person....
All those behaviors you listed also can be called "just being an a$$hole".
How is autism diagnosed?
What test are they administering?
I used to work with kids with autism...
If your saying this lady is autistic... Then we are all autistic
No, none of those behaviors are "being an a$$hole".
Autism is diagnosed by interviews (of both the patient and family members) and clinical observation. First a doctor will do an initial exam - if you have a kid and they do a checkup nowadays there's always an autism screening around 2 years old, I did my daughter's screening and the doctor asked me all sorts of questions about things she could and couldn't do, she passed. If the doctor sees warning signs that point towards autism in the child's behavior or in her questions to the child or the parent, then she'll hand the case over to a behavioral specialist who makes the official diagnosis based on more interviews and behavioral observations. Here are what those look like:

Since you haven't done the interviews, haven't done the observations, and aren't a specialist, why do you believe you can definitively diagnosis someone who you've never even met?
If someone told you they had AIDS, would you insist they didn't have AIDS because you saw people with AIDS in the hospital and they looked different? Would you diagnosis someone as not having bipolar, schizophrenia, borderline, PTSD, etc. based solely off a video you watched? Or is autism the only disorder you think you can diagnosis definitively?
