Chicago has needed something for years. All people know is Capone. They need to tell the Accardo and Giancana stories. Chicagos mafia reached the White House, Cuba and oversaw everything west of Chi. Why Scorsese never told the Chicago story baffles me.

I'm surprised Giancana hadn't been done. He's got Hollywood all over him from the JFK/Marilyn and Cuba shyt.I agree, and it was basically the end of the Mob run in Vegas. I thought "Casino" could have used more attention to the hole in the wall gang vs. the Ace/Ginger part... but that was the story that was told (one of my favorite movies too). The book "Culotta" is a good one to read, and details some of those guys in the gang as well, and that still only covers a small part of a crew involved with the Outfit.
But on top of that, the different boss personalities from the Outfit would make a great series of movies i think.

I'd personally would love to see an Accardo movie. Dude ran it for decades even when he let other guys fill the boss role.

Aiuppa never struck me as interesting, he was only there cuz Accardo let him
