As much as i love amazon, the kindle line is nothing but fail. I really dont see a compelling reason to upgrade to a new e-reader. I actually prefer reading books on my ipad as opposed to my kindle

The overlay means nothing to us, we can get around that.

We need a high end phone selling for $300 or whatever out of contract...they gotta find a way to make the money up somehow.

IMO the kindle fire (and HP Touchpad) changed the tablet game forever. The days of having to shell out $500+ for a tablet are ending.

word is this is actually going to be sub $300 ,run nokia maps, and going to have tons of ad's to keep the price low

honestly :manny: idk how i feel about this, i own a kindle 3G which i barely used its a good feeling piece of hardware though so is the fire and i know the kindle fire is popular but in terms of advancement it brought little to the game IMO

phone game is so deep right now a gimmick phone wont last The way they could potentially make a killing with this phone if they were to offer amazon prime for free with it OR offer a low rate plan
