amazon is eating because of us, even moreso during the pandemic. we gave them the spare change to burn, once a few have a monopoly those sub prices will keep on going up n up.

alternatively this can also be better than everyone tryna jump start their own stream service but there has to be a middle ground

Once the majority of these streaming services realize how expensive it is to buy/maintain content and have no other choice but to combine, then yes. Surely they have to have known that from the beginning and created their own streaming services to sell to someone else down the road.

Agreed. I'm not a fan of streaming services really just being cable called by a different name, but having competition in the market does have z benefit for us as customers. I just don't want it to get to a point where all this consolidation drains all the fun out of smaller projects, or ones that are very specific in the audience that they're trying to reach.
