Add water or milk and put it in the microwave.
Way too much sugar in the flavored oatmeals and the non-flavored oatmeal is disgusting
But there's no flavors in that kind it's just plain..

shyt oatmeal is a grain just like rice.
I've already posted in the oatmeal thread in the gym, I cooked some up using chicken broth, stirred in just a little fresh parmesan cheese, some chicken...shyt was flames.

Cats used to look at me crazy in prison. After a workout (mind you, I was into bulking up, but staying lean and limber at the same time) I'd come up with the GOAT oatmeal dishes.
I used to see nikkas mixing 2-3 ramen noodle soup & seasoning packs with a pouch of chili, adding processed cheese, slim Jim's, etc and calling it a "good" post-workout meal like it was healthy
I opted for 2 packs of instant plain oatmeal (tried explaining to nikkas it was a grain like rice/pasta, but healthier). I'd mix that with a tbsp of peanut butter, add a mackrel pouch, some hot sauce, and onion, peppers, chili powder.
shyt came out tasting like a native dish from Ghana and was wayyyyy healthier
Needless to say, my results spoke for themselves. nikkas used to be like "that's nasty"
And I'd be like "yo bytch nasty, that's why she ain't come to visitation last weekend, now go press that bunk, my nikka."
