Am I the only one that gets anxious opening mail?

I don't know why but getting/opening mail that I didn't request makes me nervous. I be on some "What if it's bad, breh?" It's never bad, just mundane shyt but it happens every time. If someone knocks at my door I go into fight or flight mode. Phone calls are just annoying but I don't know why mail has me shook. Can anyone else relate or am I just a cowardly punk ass bytch?

I pay everything online so the only mail I get is junkmail which usually goes straight in the garbage unless it has local coupons for food spots,
