4 is where the show is hitting on all cylinders but 1 and 3 are right up there for me due to preferring the barksdale organization over Marlo’s.

and the aesthetic of the winter setting added alot to the "Coldness" of the season

Season 3 was the barksdale and stanfield war right? And the free zone? That one was good. Thread got me feeling like doing a rerun sometime.

Its hard to vote against S1 because it was the introduction of what would grow to be my fav TV Show ever.

But S3 had the OG's, the introduction of Marlo and his crew, the war, the drug free zone, and the political drama stuff.

Gotta go w/ S3.

And S2 is criminally slept on.

Season 2 is tolerable on 2nd watch but that Ziggy shyt makes my skin crawl...the dikk pic stuff and why his cousin put up with his clown shyt...Beadie got taken completely out of Season 3 and just shows up at the end for McNulty to fukk and "respect" I suppose instead of the campaign manager, his ex wife, and the lawyer girl who fukks Daniels. Thought that was comical.

Season 4 was the most important and powerful season by far, but season 3 was my favourite one.
