My mom tried to instill the importance of donating to me when I was a young lad, even tho we were never really doing great ourselves. I still feel bad about acting a fool when my momma used to come in the room and take away all the clothes I couldn't fit

Even before I started losing weight I would go through my clothing collection and give things away. Now that I've lost 75 pounds I know there's a few people eating off of what I can't fit anymore. Felt nice to bag all that shyt up knowing my former fatness was going to benefit someone.

I got people from my dads church that go to Haiti every fall. I usually give em a couple bags worth of clothes each year. All my impulse buys that I was too lazy to return usually end up in there still with tags.
