I've tried
-Dumbbell flyes
-Bench press (Flat, incline, decline, dumbbell)
-Pushups
-Dips
Nothing is giving my chest that burn/pump
Am I doing something wrong here? Should I do something else? What gives? Every other body part I can feel working out EXCEPT my chest. When I do chest exercises I can feel the pain in my shoulders & triceps but NOTHING in my chest
