All the chest exercises I've tried only work my shoulders/tris

I've tried

-Dumbbell flyes
-Bench press (Flat, incline, decline, dumbbell)
-Pushups
-Dips

Nothing is giving my chest that burn/pump:hhh:

Am I doing something wrong here? Should I do something else? What gives? Every other body part I can feel working out EXCEPT my chest. When I do chest exercises I can feel the pain in my shoulders & triceps but NOTHING in my chest

Do cable crossover instead of DB flyes if possible.

Post a pic of your chest nh too so we see your baseline


if that doesn't help maybe you should lay off the tranny porn and your chest might start growing

Something tells me you have a narrow grip on the bench. On In bench, Widen your grip by 6 inches of your usual hand grip and come back to me.

Pin your shoulder blades back and tuck your elbows. You’re probably not fully engaging your pecs.

This. Elbows might be flaring out that’s why you’re feeling it in you’re shoulders and widen your grip.

When you do db flyes, make sure you squeeze your chest when you’re at the top of the motion. Also try cable flyes high and low.

Another move you can try is floor presses. There’s no leg drive so it’s mainly chest.

When ever u do push ups or bench presses, try to pinch your elbows as close to your body as u can. One of the things i see tons of people doing is flaring their elbows out. Not only is that the least effective way, ur also putting more pressure on your rotator cuffs and risking injury.

That's because you are stronger in your shoulders and you are using your shoulders more when you benching, working your chest

In actuality you should feel your triceps and back when you bench because when you benching your triceps is your secondary muscle that comes in play and your back is the third.

So that mean your triceps is weak and you using more of your shoulders...

Start blasting your triceps more, they are lagging, do some close grip bench press, skull crushers, and on your tricep days do alot of volume, 5 triceps exercises and 5 sets.

You want that burn, work on your muscle mind connection, feel your muscle working, Get that stretch when you lower the weight and when push up squeeze the muscle on top, you go to get blood flowing to the area

Try to pre exhaust your pecs with flyes and crossovers before you do the main chest exercises.
