I tried the show out when my best homie recommended it. Got hooked ever since.

Same here. I was able to watch the first 4 seasons within a week or so. I literally opted to stay in on a Saturday night to watch Breaking Bad. Now I drop everything for a new episode. I strongly recommend it.
