One of my guilty pleasure movies. The book is even better. The movie took a few liberties, but they mostly stayed true to what actually happened

Try to find the documentary they did on the History channel about this. Had they gone the opposite direction there was a village or town nearby that they could've gone to to get help sooner. It truly is a miracle they survived the climb without equipment. Teams have gone up there with all the proper equipment, and had a very difficult journey even though they had the training to do it.

I remember this movie, the Plane Crash scene is one of the most tense crashes along with Cast Away's scene.

The Captain's face really showed, "I am going to die."
