No. The parts of the official complaint presented in the public filings are crystal clear. This guy is a psycho, and it's just a matter of time before he kills some woman on a coke binge.

This is interesting cuz his ex fiance first accused him of those crazy crimes, but then a few months ago she retracted those accusations on her instagram as well as asking for forgiveness from Del Rio's family. But then she deleted that post. Alberto claims she retracted her story to the cops, but he is still set to go on trial. When women accuse a man of rape and then retract, the court will still go ahead with the trial anyway. Alberto has been in Mexico a few times during the last few months. Once he was there for a celebrity soccer game, and yesterday he did a press conference to announce the restart of his Nacion Lucha Libre promotion. He also has events he's promoting and wrestling in in this country in these next couple of months. Dude seems real confident he's getting the charges dropped, but what if he gets the rug pulled out from under him when he goes to court.

He also took shots at Paige claiming they had a 1 million dollar confidentiality agreement that she has since broken. So if he wants he can expose all her dirty little secrets. He's already saying that she's been arrested 7 times for domestic violence against him, and if he exposed everything about her the WWE would not want to do business with her. This is like a real life novela.

When women accuse a man of rape and then retract, the court will still go ahead with the trial anyway.

When the prosecutor has evidence, they will continue the case. It's about the safety of the community as much as it is about the individual who suffered the attack. The evidence is clear in this case. There was evidence of sexual assault and physical violence on her person. Whether he threatened her into silence or not, the prosecutor has a responsibility to see it through.
