When you get older you gain more acceptance for bullshyt when it's padding your bank account.
When you're in you 20's and have little to no responsibility you can easily say "fukk that I'm out".
Once you hit your 40's and accept that you have more responsibilities you say "well...do I want to lose 20k a year".
As a side note I'm not talking about disrespectful shyt from the company either, just little shyt that will have you tired and you be like "fukk that, tired of these muthafukas being lazy...I'm out".
Instead it's like "fukk these lazy bytches, I been here forever, guess it's time for me to stop doing so much and still get this 20k more than them"
