Yeah, this oddly enough might be what slows the progress down. If we don't upgrade the grid as well as potentially start building some nuclear power plants, we may lose the edge on it.

Will listen to this video, but I found it astounding the power company and these AI companies coordinate when and when not to have their servers on.

Should be making the power grid more efficient. They obviously haven't yet applied it to the sectors that can utilize it the most. They prolly don't want to fire all them people all at once but they don't necessarily have to. Keep the ones that can adapt to maintain and oversee the AI operations, and use the ones that can't adapt to continue the manual controls

And you can keep the same base pays because you don't have to worry as much about funding going to r&d and diagnostics

They're definitely going to move to nuclear power. So we really should be investing in Uranium. They're already heavy in DC advocating for this and everyone seems to be on board.

Nah they're just going to move to nuclear power. So you really should be investing in Uranium. They're already heavy in DC advocating for this and everyone seems to be on board.
Nuclear power is inevitable. I get the fears from the plant melting down, but the technology has improved dramatically. It's not unfounded, just HIGHLY unlikely in the US.

Not gonna happen. Google the last two Nuclear plants that got permitted.
