North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
1. The after taste wasn't as bad as it was when I first saw it. The marketing campaign raised expectations too much for me. In retrospect the new actors and story arcs did a great job. It also left the sequels open for multiple possibilities. They didn't make it predictable.

2. What brought the flick down was how the shoe horned in some of the original characters. Solo, Leia, Chewy etc got too much burn. They should've spread out their character arcs a little bit more. Luke's cameo wasn't necessary. This movie should've been spent building up and establishing the NEW hero's and villains. Kylo Ren's origins could've been saved for episode 8 at least.

Overall, it was still a dope flick. Not all time box office flick but I get why it beat out Avatar's record.
