What happened to the "product"?... Its not just the refs, that should be fixed by then(hopefully), but that new proposed stadium will cost over a billion now. That'll mean seat licensing, $60 dollar parking, $100 dollar tickets, $20 dollar beers, etc. and I'm a live game dude but the NFL is become a tv product. And we're supposed to be jumping up and down for the return of this?:stopitslime:

This is all gonna blow over in a few weeks.

The tuck rule didn't hurt the nfl either, and that was a playoff game.

Reactionary Fans are terrible :what:

Seems like the OP is talking more about the stadium and escalating costs associated with having an NFL team than last night and/or the officiating (particularly since he said he's a "live game dude").

And he’s right.

I heard or read something (I think it was heard, can’t remember) that said that the average NFL fan would rather watch the game on TV than live. In fact, it was said that the bars INSIDE NFL stadiums are more full of people than the actual stands.

:ehh:

But real talk though. I'm watching the shyt unfold out here- the city council, the price of the venue keeps rising, now AEG(owners of Staples Center parts of LA Live, and other franchises) is up for sale and is causing further problems for this thing to get built, and hearing other fans complain about prices, and now this ref shyt.. All in all I'm wondering if its all even worth it.

Exactly, even in the replay era there's been TONS of blown "how could they miss that" calls.

It's llike ppl are actually holding the scab refs to a HIGHER standard than the regs
